I thought I'd update this, and add to it. My original order consisted of a UN-custom Barrett M468, 2 Anpeq Batts, 1 Custom Colt Delta Elite (full metal), Sig GSR (full metal), a bunch of bbs, 6 mags for delta, 3 for gsr, some better goggles (x800s), a few other goodies, and some mags. The VFC Barrett kit was out of stock, so I had to change my order, so instead I just dropped the Barrett, and got an sr47 kit.
I was told the guns would take around a week to be completed, and they didn't start on them until I had changed my order. So, overall it took exactly a month to the day for me to make my order, and receive it. Not once did I feel I was being forgotten about, or being ripped off. They kept constant emails, almost daily in fact, let me know about anything. And I had changed my order after I paid, so I still have around 7 bucks in credit there.
I received my order a few days ago, (4), and immediately started tinkering with my pistols, putting the SR47 kit for a while. I just put it together yesterday, and I discovered I was missing a few screws, screws that hold the RAS onto the metal body, screws that keep it from spinning. So I'm in the process of working this ordeal out with UN-company, or as Arc put it, "raising hell".
After dropping an extremely expensive order with them, I am somewhat displeased with the fact I didn't get everything I paid for. However, I don't blame them completely, I understand it was a pretty big order, and something as small as a baggy of screws is VERY easy to miss. I'll update when they reply to my email. But so far, I give them a C-. They won't get my business again.

I have never once had a problem with UN company, and they have thrown in free some for me from time to time, like BB loaders. I keep my over seas business completely between UN company and WGC.

Okay, I've been emailing them since I got my order (the 4th) I've sent 4 emails since the 8th. And Not a single one has been replied. It really seems like once you pay and get your order, they don't give a damn. Last I heard from them, they said they needed to contact Hurricane. I'm losing patience with them, however, what can I do? It's not like I can walk over to their shop. This is a real disappointment considering everyone else has had great experiences with them. I'll just stick with wgc and domestic retailers from now on. Telling them I was going to post the experience in airsoft based websites got a reply. Parts will be here soon. June 21, 2006-They still haven't given me my parts, or any contact. Fuck them. I'll just stick with wgc and domestic retailers from now on. July 4th, Sent another email, this time telling them I have posted the review and lack of service in various airsoft websites. I'll post more when (if) I get a reply.

Update. I have been sending emails since I got the package. For a while they handed me "We had to order it/It'll be there soon/blah blah blah" and now, they won't even return emails. I've sent numerous, and since May, I haven't gotten a response. I pretty much consider this a lost hope, but I will keep trying. They will not get my business in the future.

Actually, here is what you do. You email them and ask them to have Eva, and only Eva reply to your email.
Tell her you want your missing items and that if they don't get back to you, you will go to ever airsoft forum you can find and post the details of there poor customer service. That normally gets there attention.
I ordered about $6000 dollars worth of Marui AEG's from those idiots and they were in such a hurry to get them shipped out they didn't put orange on 4 of the guns and and also forgot to remove/cover trade marks on those same 4 guns.
They shipped the order in 4 boxes, 2 different shipments, one made it fine and I got 3 of the no orange, no trademarked guns. The other half of the order got inspected by Customs, the biggest part of the order and they found one gun with no orange and seized the whole thing.
UNC ignored me for a couple months til I threatened to post shit all over the web. They finally replied that they couldn't be responsible for US Customs because they will seize guns even if they can scratch paint off with a knife or something. I said well ok great but you didn't even fucking PUT orange on some of the guns and they had full trades. I sent them pictures and Eva got involved and agreed to replace the shipment free.
I'm still waiting for it to come though. I've been trying to setup a Foreign Trade Zone space so this bullshit with US Customs doesn't happen again.

I've been threatening them for the past few weeks.
Like you said, they're in such a damn hurry to get things shipped out they miss little details. I would have much rather wait an extra day or two to get everything than drag this on for almost 2 months. Sent another email this morning.

Another, and final update. I emailed them yet, again today. Since my last update (July 10th), I haven't recieved parts, or email. Nodda. In july they sent me an email saying shipping arrangements were made, and to be nice they'd pay for the shipping (ya think?), but, parts haven't shown up. No contact. Nothing. I'm beyond pissed. It's more along the lines of I know it's not going to happen, but it's still worth a shot. *sigh* I'm sticking to domestic retailers now. And now that I'll be near Atlanta, I'll probably just go through them, that way if they fuck up, I can walk into their store bitching.

Great communication with them. They will have my business in the future for SURE.

I forgot to mention after months of waiting, UN Company finally sent us replacement guns. They also screwed up and sent us 2 extra Tokyo Marui MP7A1 kits so hey, thats a plus. Still displeased with the whole process but they did take care of me finally. Now that we have a method to order that US Customs doesnt mess with, we will mostlikely order from them again. Btw, Orion, gimme your order number, the parts you need and your shipping info and I'll contact Eva for you and see if I can't get her to look into it. Being that we are a dealer and we order like $5000~10,000 dollar orders at a time, she might or might not be nice and look into it I have nothing else to say. Who knows

Sweet can I have one of those MP7s? That probably wasn't a mistake. Like I said before, they've sent me free stuff before when orders didn't go smoothly.
