Had a transaction that dragged on a while, completely my fault. Had a few issues getting payment out. But eventually did. MO was returned to me. Before I sent it out, my sister living in Sterling Heights sought it would be nice of her to commit suicide. May not have been a good enough reason for Knife, but it was a damn good enough reason for me to cash that MO in, and get up there ASAP to assist.
Sent MO out this week. Only to check my email, and recieve an email from someone claiming to be a family member of Knife's. Guess what. He's an attorney. He sent me some little scare message telling me all this bullshit about how I committed fraud, and how they were going to pursue legal action. Mind you. This was a gun with known problems sold, and was used. No warranty or refund had been expressed, so any warranty, would not have been obligated, and a kind gesture on my behalf.
Knife sent me numerous emails telling me he was going to pursue legal action. I contacted various officials, law enforcement, my own family members in MI that study law, and a few friends of mine that are current law students. All told me the same. I owed him nodda.
His family member then started attacking my character, knowing nothing about the deal, perhaps didn't even read messages exchanged between Knife and myself (didn't tell me he did when I asked him, in fact, he only replied with a "you're pathetic").
Really impressive coming from a lawyer.
So, if you want someone to make a deal with, and with some insane circumstances have it go wrong. Only to have some real estate attorney emailing you about how he's going to come sue you, when you know he can't. By all means.
Knife is your guy.
PS Knife, my offer still stands, I can provide you with all my local police contact anytime you want.

You claim to have sent it, but I've recieved nothing so far.
Also, you've said that I knew about the problems of the broken safety, and messed up frame but I knew of neither. All I knew of was that I needed new grip screws, which those would not solve the problem.
You claim to have not known about the grip safety, but I'm told by the original seller of it that he did inform you of it in PMs, so you were aware of it, and did not make me so. I PM'd you asking if there were any other problems outside of it missing two grip screws, and you never replied. This was before me sending the money to you.
In your reply email, you claimed that I knew about the problems. Yet in every PM/Email before that, you said you were unaware. How in the world could I know about the problems if you claim to not have known about them?

Picked up a few pouches from Knife and he promptly shipped them. Items arrived as described and a fair price! I wouldn't hesitate dealing with him in the future.

He sold me a belt, but I had less cash on hand than I thought. He let me take the belt home and trusted me to mail him a check. I'd definitely do business with him again.
