me and my friends have been playing airsoft for a little while now and its become more than a hobby. This leads us to move toward what we see as the next logical step. We are attempting to create a team. Right now there are only 4 of us but since we play with around 14-16 different people increasing our numbers beyond we four founders shouldn't be a problem. We have our team name are currently working on call signs and every one has their position. So my question is this: how do i go about creating a team? do we just get together say hey we're the professionals wanna play? or is there a formal outline we need to follow? if some one would just lemme know that would be absolutely wonderful thanks for any and all help! oh and by the way if this is in the wrong place please lemme know or move the thread. this just seemed to be the most logical place to put it.

Professionals.. I have nothing else to say.
A team is a group of friends who plays together who go under a common name. That's it. There's absolutely nothing else to it. Teams are just groups of friends.
Welcome to MiA, hope to see you at some events, I appreciate the correct punctuation, as will most of us here, however, you'll want to capitalize at the beginning of every sentence and when you say "I". If you can follow that, you'll find this a much more welcoming crowd.

Alrighty thanks a lot! Sorry about the capitalization it's just that sometimes i get a little bit overzealous. If theres nothing more that needs to be done then i guess theres a new team in the metro Detroit area. Right now we're planing on going to Battle of the Buldge at MOA.

Sweet, we'll be glad to have you there. If you're free next weekend on the 10th, there is Eclipse at MOA as well.

I've actually talked with mirage about getting a game together. I figured I would make this public: me and my friends play every Sunday at noon out in chesterfield around 24 mile and Gratiot and are always looking for more people to join us. If any one would be interested in some friendly skirmishes shoot me a PM. Spread the word the more the merrier!

Hey I have a group of guys in Lenawee county about an hour-hour and a half from the Metro area and im sure we would love to come out and play. I have a field as does another guy but his can't be used now due to deer season. If you want to talk shoot myself, Gentner, or wolf a PM.
