what's with propane not allowed at this event? Correct me if i'm wrong here. But Green Gas is nothing more than propane with 1% of silcone added to it. In fact, Green Gas is by far more dangerous to transport as it's in an Alimunim Contanier, and doesn't have any safety release valve. I personally don't understand why this would matter, there's nothing stating I have to purchase Green Gas from RedWolf - so why couldn't I just bring my propane bottle?
Weather is looking good for saturday, and I've thinking of flying out there for this event, however is propane isn't allowed.

There's nothing saying i must buy gas from them. So if i was to bring my own Green Gas bottle, what would be the difference?

I just bought a spot from Brazzle88 so I'll be attending now, see you guys there!
At what time during the weekend will OP: Chemical Blast be happening? I won't be participating for that because I don't have a good gas mask. Will there be gas masks available if I were to take some pictures?

I think there may be some for sale, I think I'm the product of two siblings sleeping together.. doy!. i'm renting an oxygen setup from one of the guys in WI.

as far as the propane and green gas thing goes, i dont know too much about how hard each one shoots or whatever, but from what i understand propane shoots harder so they prefer green gas, plus it allows them to regulate fps a little more. if everyone is using green gas they dont have to worry about complaints and other things like that.

Blah, green gas is propane. My chrono results are almost the same with both. I'm talking like a 2~5fps diffrence if that and then shots vary due to mag freeze up anyway.

Well, I don't know about you guys but I had a great time at the Red Dawn event. For being one of Boredkenders first games, I think it turned out good. I heard some people making comments about organization on Saturday but christ, its one of the mans first games, cut him some slack  I had an ass load of fun when wasn't sticking my head around corners and getting shot  I think I enjoyed watching the swat/law enforcement and military guys running there private games in the basements though Sunday. I was too pooped out to play in the last game where the LE guys versed the other airsoft players. Sure looked fun, got some great pictures. Boy for training flash bangs, those things were sure loud. Now, for your next event, I'd really like to see you guys do a mil-sim only event. Room clearing, hostage rescue, bad guys taken down and hand cuffed etc. Some pistol only room clearing events like the time before last would be cool too. |

This event was awesome!! I can't wait for the next one. Ryan and Bill did a great job. We kicked ass holding the auditorium at the end on Sunday. The indoor HEATED facility was a CQB dream come true. Just wish I could have got to the basement. Hopefully next time I'll see some more familiar faces.
