I actually feel a ton better today then I did yesterday. As some of you guys who were there know I was getting over food poisoning, So I feel great compaired to how I felt Sunday before the game started. As the day went on I just felt decent and once the day was done I was burned out. I didnt even bring any of my gear in to the house. I left all my crap in the car. I NEVER do that. Hopefully I didnt ruin any batterys. So all I can say is bring on ths vids and pics.

i dont really think there too many things that are worse than food poisoning. but the game was awesome and my initial thought of not wanting to pay $25 is now completely gone. it was well worth it.

No, $25 dollars is not bad for what they had to offer. That game rocked. Words can't discribe it. Thats why I want pictures to show some of my friends damnit.

Holy crap, that was an awesome game! I thought that the place was pretty balanced in the way it was laid out. I like the 'paintsofty' bay one, and the offices were fun. The only thing I think could be improved is more stuff to hide behind in bay two, maybe. I liked how there were usually multiple ways to get to where you wanted to go.
I hope someone posts a video of Rogers boosting Tim up into the bathroom, that was classic. Well, except for the fact that we were fighting our own teammates! Oh yeah, and Nate on the bike was hilarious!
I'll definitely be coming out every weekend I can afford to.

This is a great facility, i played there 11/19/06, had to leave after 4 hours because the wife was calling but had a great time definitely going back as much as I can. Drove 1 hr 40 minutes but well worth the drive. Jeremiah and the WMI crew are great.

Hey Rogue, dont worry about it man. We've all been shot in the back of the head before. Just cant wait untill next one. Maybe Ill have my damn Multi Cam then and wont be the lone WMI guy without it. Damn it. Everyone who didnt go, be sure to make it out to the next one. Youre in for a treat. As for me, it may be a few weekends until i get back, the hour plus drive one way kinda takes its toll out of my meager paycheck. But ill be out there as much as i can.

I finally got some time to upload my pics of the event. Check 'em out here: thesack.cjb.cc/WMICQB/index.htmlI'd like to mention at this point that taking good photographs inside the CQB facility is quite challenging. Almost all of the scenery shots were bracketed in multiple exposures and combined later using Photomatix to get a full dynamic range. It's the lazy man's Zone Method. Exposure combination gives results with lots of detail and range, but the shots are unrealistically bright - the lighting at the CQB place is dim at best, scarydark at worst. Dim pictures are uninteresting, though. I'll have some videos up on the Youtube eventually.
