I applaud you for your ingenuity (and the 733's 2-tone paintjob,) but the 203 looks sort of incorrect with both the trigger area and mounting mechanism For reference: www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_128&products_id=1667Note that it's all my own opinion so take them with a grain of salt, along with this: Battery capacities have increased so far that there isn't very much utility for using a 203 as battery storage, in my opinion. There are 1500 mah NiMH mini batteries that will fit inside the 733 handguards without a problem, and 2000 mah 9.6V nunchuck batteries (if you upgrade and need the extra juice) that might require some modification, but should still fit. If of course, you want to continue with this project, by all means do so - hell, you could use it for airsoft 40mm shower grenades with a little work and save yourself some cash. I'm just throwing some ideas out there.

Psychosis - I researched M203's on the net, there are several different looking ones along with different mounts. I just decided to make mine the way it is for simplicity sake.
CPT. karafa - Once I modify the connector for the battery I can throw in just about any thing. Right now I have two 8.4 volt 1100 mah, that is what I'm going to set it up with for now.

actually, it really wouldnt be all that hard to get the thing shooting. just look at the mecanism on a mousetrap and shorten it up a little.
the '203 shells work like a shotgun shell, there is a primer (in a way) that needs to be struck buy a hammer. but in the case of the '203, its really more of a push i guess. you could in theory light a '203 shell off with your finger... i personally WOULD NOT becayse those little shells do give a little kick and it could really hurt your finger.
but anyway, looks good so far!

How did you learn to turn like that? I tried once and failed miserably, really, I think its amazing for something not made by a machine, and that you should continue to post your progress of all your other future projects, bravo

Wow, very nice job on everything. I know how hard it is to machine plastic in a from like that.
