 It's bone stock right now, and I am thinking of painting it camo. I was also thinking of leaving it like it is, and modify some camo wraps to velcro around it so I could interchange them when the seasons change. Then again, I don't like playing when it's cold. |

CQB, nice choice. I love mine! The rof is on par with the SAW. First step to making it yours, ditch the orange paint.  It looks a lot better without. |

Put an Aimpoint on that beast.
It looks like the receiver might be flush with the RIS, is that correct or am I just seeing things?

Gotta love the M203 on the underside, now you just need a few 204 (I think this is the max size?) rd showers and some foam rockets for it.

yeah, I have case of 120 shots staked out for purchase first until I get used to it. I saw the rockets though, I will definetly get some of those later, they look like a lot of fun.
Crazyman...does it really have a rof close to the saw? I was thinking of eventually getting a ca 2500 round cmag for it, and a bipod, and use it as a light support gun in certain missions.
If it does, then that will definetly be the way i'll go. I want a saw, but I don't want to pay the 1,500 for the good one, and the top's one isn't that great in my opinion. Besides, there is a guy I talked to at wmi last summer that has one, and he said you have to replace the spring every few thousand rounds.
(Please note I don't plan on holding the trigger down for full auto through the whole mag either.) Burst fire always. I plan on having this gun awhile.
I'm still up in the air about the paint though, to paint, or to wrap, not sure...Oh, and what kind of sight are you guys talking about?

I have a SAW in the arsenal and I'd be willing to bet that it's really close in terms of rof, maybe even higher.  I've never really tested it, though. All I know is it's quick. I personally like it better than the SAW.

Oh, and can't I just change flashiders with a black one? that way I can still transport the gun legally if I move out of state.
I'm keeping it versitile, light support gunner, assault, and heavy assault.
It is pretty isn't it. ;D

King, my name is Jeff. Sure, you can just swap flash hiders and keep one with orange, that's not a bad idea, either. If you don't mind, here's a couple of mine to show what she looks like. If you do, let me know I'll post them in a new thread. My photography sucks, but at least you can see it. Here she is with the original CA rail covers and Warhead 9mm conversion back in Dec. Sorry for the camera phone.  How she looks today with real steel 2 inch rubber rail covers, an Eotech 510, and a G&P Rebar cutter flash hider. Regular camera.  |
