Some things have changed, so here are the updates

Rules of Engagement can be found on the MOA/MIRAG website.
FPS regs will be by MOA/MIRAG and the East Coast Airsoft Charter.
FPS for all AEG's is nothing above 400FPS
FPS for Sniper Rifles is nothing above 500FPS
The story: In the later years of the Bush administration, tactics used to carry out Homeland Security and the War on Terror escalated to heights so great that America was plunged into a reign of fear and paraona form the government and its own people.
Rumors of a group of spies know as the "Eagle Eyes" tell of agents well-skilled at finding anyone who may present a threat to the now dogmatic and despotic rule of Andrew Harrows, George W. Bush's successor to the position of Chairman of the American Empire. These covert agents are said to be anywhere and everywhere in the public, and so no one can truly trust one another in the bleak time of oppression and fear. However a rival faction have managed to stay secert to the Harrows administration's efforts to silence insurrection and rebellion, and have gained a large following in the public.
This group is the Kasatkas, older and more organized then thought. These radicals are the carriers of the Marxist and Leninist ideals of the early previous century and have plotted and planned for the Red Dawn to come for many decades in advance. Highly disciplined and coordinated, they utilize imported arms form the United European Nations and train their own members to be devoted brothers and sisters to the scarlet banner that will go to any length to rebuild a new Motherland.
Facing this group of radicals is the Imperial Military with her vast numbers and well-armed troops. But Harrows knows that a full-scale rebellion involving this radical group would be a gamble for the military to face.
Shortly after intell reports tells of staged revolts of the Kasatkas in the major cities of the America, the military is sent to protect Freedom Town, the city formally known as Washington DC, form the reble forces.
Fearing the overthrow of his rule, Harrow calls out a state of Homeland Vigilantism, telling the still loyal citizens to take whatever they need to defeat the treasonous, un-American dogs. These civilian soldiers join the side of the Imperial Military to defend their home with every lasat breath. And so on Nov 12th, the battle to decides America's future begins.
Objectives:
Kasatkas - Primary objective is to destroy the Imperial Military and the Vigilante forces and assassinate Andrew Harrows.
Imperial Military - Primary Objective is to destroy all Kasatkas and protect Chairman Harrows
Vigilantes - Destroy all Kasatkas and protect Chairman Harrow
Also team for this event will be seperated on that day of the event. So be sure to have a extra set of cammies if needed.
SITREP will be given at 1030am, registration and sign in will begin at 930am.
MOA Will have wiavers on hand that will need to be turned in and signed on the day of the event.
