WMI Weekly Game - July 29th, 2006 1000hrsNow that we've got our own field, it's time for us to throw games. Lots of games. Our goal is to have at least one game per week, to the high standard set by ACO, for only ten dollars. We understand that there are frequent scheduling conflicts, so our games will not be restricted to one day of the week. Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays will all be fair game. The first ever WMI Weekly Game will be this Saturday, the 29th. Registration and Chrono'ing will get hot and heavy around 10 AM. We will play until at least 6 PM, if not much, much later. Again, the field fee is only ten bucks. We welcome everyone ages fourteen and up. Anyone between the ages of fourteen and eighteen must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Waivers will be available for download from www.wmiairsoft.com by tomorrow. There are no magazine limits for this game. After playing at our own field on saturday, we will be headed to Whitmore Lake to meet some new faces on Sunday. Some things to look forward to in the future: "Monthly Milsim Day" - Hardcore Milsim with challenging scenarios, strictly enforced mag limits, and a few surprises. You'll want to be in shape for this one. "CQB Facility" - Who knows what the future might bring, wink wink. "Soldier Skills Classes" - From Land Navigation to the proper way to clear a trench, and everything in between, with the practical excercise to make it worthwhile. And who knows what else.

When the CQB Facility is up an runnig *wink wink* could we possibly do a multiple hostage situation? I've been playing Rainbow Six 3: Ravenshield lately and it would be really fun to do that. For example if the breaching team screwed up or was too loud, the terrorists can kill the hostage and the mission would be scrapped. I think this would be a challenging game type. Just somethin' to think about.

Could we get notice on when next week's event would be? Some of us need to get time off work for this stuff at least a week in advance.
