Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my TM M-4 to a metal body. Can't stand the amount of flex I'm getting with the Aimpoint mounted on the carry handle. Already tried mounting it to a solid metal riser rail and it's just too low. Besides, it still has flex even then. Turns out the rail on the top of the body is a separate plastic piece that is secured with a couple hex screws. Not terribly sturdy. Might have been better if it was a molded one piece design. Oh well, I don't work for TM, so I guess I don't really get a say in that matter. If any of you have had some experience with particular makes both good and bad, I could use the info. Money is not the major issue, quality is. Also, where can I get one from a stateside retailer. Yeah, I know, just order one from overseas right? I'd rather not if possible. I don't know Japanese, so if I have to call somebody to complain about a problem, it's just nice to know they are (most likely ) going to speak English.

Well if you did order overseas more than likly they would be speaking chinese but that's besides the point. I've heard the best things about the systema metal bodies and that is what I plan on purchasing, as you said cost isn't much of an issue but Classic Army makes a decent metal body for the price also from what I hear. ANyways onto someone stateside to order from I would talk to www.wolverinetactical.com I'm quite sure they can get you the parts you need. They should be able to get you almost anything off of wargamers club. Good luck. Luke EDIT: Sounds like no one oversea's speaks english, but really quite a few can but be aware they don't understand it very well, they do ok, but be very specific, and don't use slang;)

Wargamers Club and UN Company are both excellent over seas distributors.
