Is there a way to tighten the ROF switch so that it does not move as freely? I am a left handed shooter with an M4 and I cannot for the life of my keep it on Semi-Auto because at the slightest touch it moves to safety or auto. Any suggestions besides leaving it in Full Auto?

You can tighten up the action of the selector switch by overtightening the screw that holds the cam backplate (the part that moves the gearbox selector plate back and forth when rotated) to the actual switch.
Do do that you must separate the upper and lower receivers; remove the grip, motor and gearbox; then carefully remove the fake selector switch hole cover on the right side of the lower receiver. This will give you access to the philips screw securing the cam backplate to the selector switch. Be very careful when overtightening this screw, you do not want to strip the threads. A little bit of over-torque will tighten the cam backplate to the selector switch which should make the selector switch harder to turn.
If you accidentally, or intentionally loosen and remove the selector switch, please be careful. Underneath the selector switch there is a tiny spring and pin that ride in the detents on the body and give you the clicking sound and "hard stop" as you rotate the switch. These parts are easy to lose.

Hey, I'll give it a go, but Newman knows the M4 MUCH better than I do. You might want to ask him for help first.
