I believe that is the 350 fps upgrade (maybe 325 correct me if I am wrong)... Yeah, thats proablly one of the first thing I'd put into my AEG.... If I am thinking of the right one..

Thats really a choice to be left to your friend. Of course, it will improve performance no matter how much of an upgrade the spring is, but you are also taking away the life of the gun this way, because the more upgraded a gun is, the more prone it will be to breaking sooner.

Hrm, I guess you guys didn't notice that he said "M120" not 120%. *shrugs*
It'll put that gun up near the 380-420 FPS range and you'll definitely want metal bushings (if not more).

Newman is right, the M120 is typically used to get a gun up around 400 FPS. I wouldn't recommend an M120 in an MP5 RAS for a few reasons. First, it has always seemed odd to me to have a 400 FPS MP5, since it's got a short barrel and is typically used for close range gaming. 400 FPS is pretty fast, and 330-350 would be a lot better suited for general games, and will also be easier on your gun. Second, the RAS is limited to mini batteries in stock form, which generally don't last too long with a stronger spring like an M120. You could always replace the folding stock with a full stock for more battery space, or rig up an external battey, but you'll almost certainly want more juice than a mini has.
I'd suggest going with a PDI 140-150% spring, or a Systema M100, and toning down the FPS.
