I have a TM Mp5A4 and i play wooded battles sometimes and i know that silencers are not the best for CQB but would a silencer make my Mp5A4 more accurate in wooded battles thanks

if you want better accuracy, giving yourself a longer inner barrel and sheathing the extended portion with a silencer is probably what you need to do.
the silencer itself will not aide in accuracy unless it is an extension of the barrel

to advance Rustpot's ideas (so pretty much to restate them), a silencer on it's own will not add range or accuracy to the gun. What you need to do is buy an extended barrel (better make it a tightbore while you're at it, that will help more than just an extension) and then attach a silencer to cover up the rest of the new barrel sticking out of the front of your gun. You'll have to replace the current barrel in your gun to do this (it seems like common sense to say this, but people have asked if they can just toss the barrel in their silencer).
