Yes i finnally bought my m16a2 that ive always wanted and i did get some upgrades with my order. A tn km inner barrel installed, metal bushings, and an m100 spring. The thing they never installed the barrel let alone gave me the barrel to begin with. The same thing with the other upgades, they never installed or gave me them aswell. I have emailed the site and they said they were sorry but then told them about the spring and bushings and that is when they stopped returning my emails. Have any of u guys had any problems like this with airsoftextreme or any airsoft retailer? I also need to know if any of u guys out there have any idea how to get the lower receiver off the mechbox of the m16 cuz im havin trouble with that. The reason im takin the gun apart is cuz im prolly goin to install the upgrades,( that is if i get them) by myself. I know everyone says its had to install stuff in a mechbox but i have that link from airsoftplayers so i should b fine. If u guys have any ideas to the situaltion reply please. later

I've made several orders from the AE guys and never had any trouble... keep e-mailing. Some times it takes them a while to sort through everything. Do you still have your recipt?

yeah i am having a problem with airs[plat .com, i ordered a bipod from them the day after xmas, i ordered it and hit the button, well, it didnt do anything so i hit it again (being pissed off) and it finally came to a screen that had my total. well, come to find out it charged my mom for two bipods now, i have emailed them prolly 1-2 emails per day since and they havent gotten back to me yet. They havent even shipped my bipod yet, the order is stll being processed, Mind you, i ordered a scope, ghillie suit, and bipod and the scope came monday, and th ghillie suit comes friday from california, it was a custom suit and it had to be separated, gotten all the quantities of jute and colors is order and processed, and then shipped, and its in transit right now, where as that bipod hasnt even left the company yet. I calledand got a machine that saud they wer on vacation until about the 7th and i was alittle pissed, but yeah i heard airsoft extreme was really good with their customer relations so i would keep emailing them (nice and polite at first) and respect them, then if they still dont get you youre crap, bitch the hell out of them unitl they get back to you, then tell them youre "team" will shop from somewhere else. worked for me everytime i tried it so far.

You haven't opened the mechbox yet, right (I'm assuming this because you're having trouble getting it out of the lower reciever). How do you know they didn't instal the spring? are you guessing because you think your gun isn't shooting as high as it should? How do you know? You may not notice a huge difference with an M100 without a chronograph or a measured range to see exactly how far you're shooting. Even a slight wind in your direction can make it appear as though your gun is shooting like it was stock. Check out what your gun is shooting with a chrono before you claim that airsoftextreme didn't instal your upgrades.
And it's not uncommon for places to take a few days, or even a couple of weeks off for the holidays to be with their families.
