Alright so I thought I would write out a little review about Under Armor heat gear vs Nike Dri Fit. I have worn under armor now for a good 2 years and was pretty impressed with it. Though being down here in florida working at The Sports Authority I am required to wear clothing that we sell in the store. This is when I discovered Nike Dri Fit and have fallen in love with it over Under armor.
So I figured I would write out what I have discovered with both and hopefully educate you guys on a alternative to Under armor for airsoft and anything else you may use it for.
I am not bashing under armor in anyway in this little post of mine. I think it's a great product but I don't believe it is the best solution for hot weather clothing. I have found the Dri fit to be a lighter material and seems to breathe better then Under Armor. Also I know from experience my Under Armor seemed to unravel whenever it was snagged on something. With the Dri- fit I snag it all the time at work and you couldn't even tell. The other place is I have seen under armor really turn crappy after being washed a lot. After about the 15th cycle my Dri fit has gone through it still looks new.
For me Under Armor always seemed to bother my skin, and I can wear Nike's product without any discomfort.
The only thing I wouldnt recommend about the Dri fit though. It seems to be more shinny and glossy then the Under armor, not being your best choice to wear for a airsoft outing if worn exposed.
Also for a side note these 2 things I mentioned are exactly the same price.
If anybody wants to comment on either one of these I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. feel free. I just wanted to throw some new info out about my experiences with this stuff.
