Forward Armoury Modular Stock ( Vltor Style )
Background:[/u]
I first decided to go for the VLTOR look after I saw Hadokens CQB/R. Upon looking around the one he had, the Star High Capacity Stock was out of stock and it sounded like it would take awhile for it to come back in. Looking for other options I found the Forward Armoury Modular Stock ( Vltor Style ) that came with the needed battery from UN Company. I ordered and it arrived in a few days minus the battery which was shipped free of charged a few days later. Was $105 for both in the package I got, which upon looking now is no cheaper than buying the battery and the stock separate. I cannot take any photos worth actually taking at this point, maybe by Christmas I can if anyone still wants to see it then.
The actual stock.

Notes on the picture:
Later in the review I mention tabs that hold the battery compartment on. They are seen right below the actual tube that holds on the battery.
I explain my problems with the battery by the size of the stick. The two outer being the longer ones, and the middle inside one the shorter.
First Impressions:[/u]
Upon getting the package I was quite excited to examine it. Cheap packaging on UNCompany's part. The stock is not all that heavy. The plastic is a dull gray/black color. The stock had and still has an overall nice feel to it.
Though the finish was nice I do have a complaints. On the lever part to slide the stock back and forth there are places where the plastic was injected. Not a major problem, just looks rather ugly.
After working on the placing the battery compartment a piece of black plastic fell down. On the side I was currently working on half the tab that holds the screw in broke off. This was rather surprising to me as I didn't expect it to break nearly that easy. I was no being rough or even hard on the tab. Upon inspecting the other tab on the compartment noticed a crack along the top of it where the first one had cracked. Err, not good in my opinion.
Fit:[/b]
The stock fits rather well over the TM M4 buffer tube. Though it is a bit of a pain in getting it on and off. Adjusting the little screw that tightens or loosens the adjusting lever heps fix this.
Battery:
Good battery overall. Sanyo 9.6 volt 1700 mAh came with it. Though I am having some problems hiding all the wires and running the wires through the buffer tube.
On the battery Hadoken uses the wire clip is not only a Donner type clip but it comes out of the small battery that goes inside of the stock. On mine, there is a mini clip that comes out one of the larger sticks of the battery. This one of the main problems along with my gun wiring. I currently have a Classic Army M15A4 SPC. The wiring that originally came out the end of the stock exited though a hole in the metal body. Now that I am trying to rewire up through the TM buffer tube I am having problems. The mechbox and the metal body are nearly flush against each other and do not have enough room to fit the battery wires.
Even after this, the buffer tube has a metal plate on the inside that the screw sits in to help secure the tube and stop the wobbling. This leaves no room for the wires.
More to come when I get home from school in about 20 minutes.
