Monthly Recreational Events

ACO, the adventure company, has been developing a very nice woodland field on 35+ acres in Lowell, MI. The first of three phases are complete which include quality improvements such as 3 bunkers, 2 pine log shelters, 1 pine log wedge, 1 camo-covered machine gun nest, two mobile tent shelters, a supply depot, pathways through thick parts of the terrain, aerial maps, and realistic props.

Date: Saturday, August 20

Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Age Limit: 14+ (visit our site regarding parental requirements for players under 18 years of age)

Event Fee: $25.00

Rentals: $50 (TM AK-47 or CAM15A4 Tactical Carbine, 5 STAR mags, speed loader, unlimited bb’s, and vest)

Event Player Requirement: minimum of 15 players need to be pre-registered

Payment Method: cash or money order

The day will consist of multiple scenarios that are simple and exciting to keep you moving and get the most out of your day.

The property is also available to use for private events and/or sublease opportunities.

We encourage to use low capacity mags but if you don't have any, please use your best judgement.

FYI - Currently there are seven pre-registrations. I need at least eight more in by this Wednesday in order for to hold this weekend's recreational event.

If there is not 15 pre-registrations by this Wednesday evening, I will end up cancelling the event unfortunatley. But I do not forsee this happening

I can probably get 4 more people registered. Is anyone else thinking of going. If you want, i can ask if anyone at 21st wants to go also.

I would be more inclined to go if 21st century shows up and sells such items as bb's, have none readily available

I was also wondering if I could borrow a hicap or similar magazines for my M733 if I show up, an order got delayed

I hear you guys complain about their not being enough michigan events this summer. Well if nobody shows up to this, ACO probably not going to be as willing to offer this oppurtinty again. I have seen the new ACO field. It is quite a experience. The terrian seems to change every 50 yards from swamp, to thick brush, hills, pine trees, fields, etc.. If you want events in michigan, then get off your butts and go. Who is going to host if nobody comes? I am looking forward to this weekend. I'll be damned to see it be cancelled due to lack of attendance.

I have pre registered and plan on coming, butwhen i come i am brining 4 friends with me, and i dont think they have pre registered. I will tell them too though.

Preferred outfit - BDU's, earthtone cargo pants, hiking/tactical boots, earth-tone or camo shirts.

If anybody is particular about poision ivy, I would reccommend a long sleeve shirts and gloves.

Bring bug repellent.

Bring fluids to keep hydrated.

I've preregestered (twice, oops!) and will be there!
I'm with ice on this, everyone is waiting to see who or how many other people will regester before they do. That could very bad for us. I will be driving an hour and 45 min to get to this thing, it sounds great!
