Was looking into finding a nice watch, only one I've seen so far that looks really sweet is the 'blackhawk mach 3 watch' www.uscav.com/shop/uscitemdetail.asp?stk_code=WA18724 can anyone tell me if this is actually the watch used by 'Combat Pilots'? anyone have/seen this watch? Can you drop a few lines of feedback if you have or just any other links to military watches that really catch your eye. Thanks

Yeah the luminox watches are sweet. I've got the Seals one, made out of Titanium (super light) and nice saphire (spelling?). Had it for three years now, looks great, and glows in the dark really cool. I really like it, you can get it at sharper image.
edit: just noticed when i put my watch on that it is made of titanium not aluminum.

wait a second... who has $300 to spend on a watch? my $35 Timex does 50 more things, including a phone number database, 10 alarms, text display (so your alarms will tell you what to do, not just to do something), etc.

I'd rather have a $300 Luminox than a $35 timex, any day of the week.
They're damned near indestructible. And when you set the time, it stays correct...no variance, unlike every cheap watch I've ever had.
If you value having a good timepiece, $300 ain't a whole helluva lot to spend.
