Just got those kneepads from galls. I like them allot and they save me some pain on the field. But they seem to slip down as I run or when Im moving in general. Either way any tricks to keeping them up? These have straps on the back not full sleeve style like I used to use skating. So I guess I'm curious if anyones had that problem also with any good solutions. Otherwise I'm thinking some beads of silicone on the straps to try and hold them kinda like a mask. Thanks.

Haven't had any issues with my Alta's, but if you're having trouble perhaps you could modify your bdu pants like the ones Specwargear is selling: pic 1pic2that should keep them in place.

Yeah could just be me but I noticed I was pulling them up a whole lot yesterday. It was really getting on my nerves. I also thought about "belt loops" for your knee's well just some strapping method, but before I started modding, I thought I'd ask:) Thanks.

Also, what works really well, and instead of going the elastic route that Specwargear shows, using the same principle, and cutting a pair of slits on each side of the pant leg, are nylon belt keepers.
With the two holes, slide the keepers in, put your kneepad on, and snap the keepers, as simple as that. I should add, it's a good idea to strengthen the cuts that you make, depending on what kind of BDU's your using, with the "ripstop" bdus that I tried it on, it wanted to rip all the way across.
