Motown this is directed twoards you, but I'm open to everyone's comments (if I respect your opinion enough So is this a decent vest? airsoftatlanta.com/tactical.htm I know it's just a replica of what Motown has and I know it's from AA so I'm a tad skeptical. I've never delt with "Warhead" either. Remember this is Warhead 1 not 2. EDIT- Here's a pic so you're sure which one I'm talking about airsoftatlanta.com/images/whvest3_jpg.jpg

That's the "other" tactical type vest made by Mil-Force, I own the other. It's not a *bad* vest, but certainly not the greatest. I judge wether or not it's good or bad, by wether or not I can ID it...this type of vest I'm clueless over. I would assume, it's some sort used by British SAS maybe...however, don't quote me on that. The only problem with these type of vests are the prohibitive cost of pouches. If you are interested in getting the specialty pouches directly from the manufacturer, expect to pay big bucks. I belive that the combination pouch of four long arm mags, and four handgun mags, costs around 100 bucks. For that price, it'd just be easier to buy another vest, and keep those pouches. This vest I assume has velco and snap closures, and I really disdain anything related to snaps. It just looks ugly, and one rarely would use them, especially when the velcro is already there. The other thing I really don't like about this vest is the collar. These vest's are hot as hell...as in... so hot, it's like fire, manufactured into a vest that you wear (X-men style.) With a thick collar like that, it'd prohibit 3-point sling movement, chafe your neck, and keep that heat in more than any other type of vest. If you're looking for a cool tactical style vest, what I always recommend is the Guarder Rack knockoff. It's great for outside, and can just as easily be used indoors, not to mention would look pretty snazzy if you buy a bullet resistant vest (ebay has em all the time.) My other pick...probably more favorably for what I assume you're looking for, is the new Blackhawk Phalanx Vest. I just saw one yesterday, and even I was thinking about buying one (had I not already had my vest quota filled ) It's got the best SWAT feel of any of the blackhawk vests, the least mesh, most pockets, and just looks cool. www.blackhawkindustries.com/product_detail.asp?product_id=2672&d= for a picture. For the vest that AA has, there is some weiner on ebay that is trying to pawn them off left right and center for around 40-60 bucks, if you finally decide that it's what you want to purchase.
