60 smackers huh? If you really want to complete the look, that would do it. But I would spend it on something more useful like magazines, or a scope or something.

Wow, that's a really good price so far on the Flak Vest. I'd go for it if you have the money. Sure it may be too hot to use right now but in a couple months you'll be glad you won it for that price. You're lucky I won something last night or else I would have had to swoop in and outbid you on this at the last moment. My helmet is the cheaper replica kind and it gets REALLY hot in the summer months. Still, I wear it because I've been shot in the forehead way too often and don't feel like explaining "They're welts from bb's ...not zits" to people anymore. hehe. If you can get that kevlar helmet then go for it, doubt it'll be as hot as mine due to its suspension system. Good luck with the auctions!

About the kevlar, yea they are cool, and my helmet wasnt too overly hot, but.....if you are really interested in one I would say get a replica.
The only reason I say this, is because they are HEAVY. You will probably keep it on for 5 or so hours, and it really hurts your neck after a few. I know the replica helmets may not be as cool, but if you put a cover over it, and fix the suspension, would make for an excellent head cover.

Doh! I hate it when people do that. Err...even though I do that all the time. ;D But still, no one else should be able to do the same to me! I hate being outbid on amazing cheap items in the last 3 seconds of the auction. Makes me so pissed, I swear one of these days I'll grind my teeth down into powder with all the grinding I do during the action loss fury. Too bad about the auction, really was a nice price.
