After selling my old black cheapo LBV a couple weeks ago I've been on a quest to find me something to replace it with. I don't know about the rest of you but I just feel awkward without a vest of some sort. Even with the BDU's, the guns, the gear..no vest makes me feel like I forgot to put my underwear on in the morning. After doing some browsing I had narrowed it down to the usual group of Blackhawk, Eagle and Tactical Tailor gear. All had very nice items in my price range of $130 but, I think I wanted something a little different. One evening after checking out the SOE website ( www.soegear.com ) I was hooked on thier vest design but of course didn't have the money to match thier $300 pricetag. So, I turned to Guarder ( www.intrudershop.com.tw ) for thier SOE CQB vest replica and decided to go with that. For those unfamiliar with the vest here's a pic: I placed my order with Matt of www.discountairsoft.com for the vest @ $113 shipped, which is far cheaper than any other retailer (Both US and HK based). Fedex shipping was a tad slow but finally it got here today. I'll be writing a review of the vest in the next couple of days but for now I can say it has exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. The whole vest just screams quality and everything is perfect right down to the stitching. For the price you simply can't go wrong. Review coming soon....

Just adding some pics I took today. I'll be adding better pictures along with the review. Mmmm, the vest is so comfy I'd sleep in it. Of course then the wifey would just give me strange looks so.... better not. ;D

It looks better in real life, the camera I have never seems to take good pictures of that AUSCAM.
I'll try the Flectarn morrow, hopefully my Dutch stuff will get here too *crossing fingers*

Andy, trust me.. with a vest like this you won't be disapointed. Everything works out perfectly for me, and all the pouches can be put right where I need them. I've used the larger mag pouches with my AUG and the smaller ones with my MP5. Utility pouch holds a ton of stuff from BB's to SVI loading tools and has plenty of room to spare. Favorite moment was when I just rippped off the smaller magazine pouch and slapped on a shotgun shell holder during our last game. It may not seem like much, but that little moment made me glad I bought this vest.

Do the pouches rip off often, or are they pretty secure?
And
Can you fit a Hydro system on it? Such as a camial back?

The answer to your first question; an SVI loading tool is the tool that you use to load your SVI (Duh). An SVI is a WA gbb, so he would use the SVI loading tool to load his gbb, a WA SVI.
i don't know the answers to your next two questions.
