Hi.
I bought these two springers from my local paintball shop the other day.
I would like to know if there is any basic maintenence measures that I should take to keep these guns in good condition for as long as possible (I don't feel like buying new ones).
I'm too cheap to buy an AEG/Gas and I don't want to have to maintain them. Well actually I might buy a gas Mac 10/11 (not sure which one is which) but that's beside the point.
Also, will using .12s in the MP5 hurt the gun? I've heard that it does and that it doesn't.

.12s were more or less made for springers, so there shouldn't be any concerns with it but just don't run them through an AEG or a gas gun
The only maintenance I can think of for a springer is to clean the barrel every now and then, depends on how much you use it really

I would highly reccomend the MP5. It has sweet range! I can (I'd love to rape a monkey!) all of my springer friends. Use cheap .2's (or expensive ones) in your MP5 if its V2 (like mine), but if its the really old one (V1) use .12's.
If you want one in near perfect condition with 2 extra mags, PM me.
