Hey guys, I was wondering of which I should chose from for my first AEG: Either the TM MP5A4 or the TM M16A2. State the pros and cons if you can. Thanks!

First off, there are tons of reviews and comparisons on these two guns all over the net if you just did a search.
Now that thats said. You all guns TM guns a pretty much the same stock. It really depends on if you are playing mostly indoors or outdoors.
The MP5A4 is better for indoors because its shorter.
The M16A2 is better for outdoors because it has a longer barrel, and has many upgrades to choose from. The longer barrel also makes the gun ineffective indoors.
Thats a small summary of the difference. I would say search the web you'll find tons of pros and con's.
Hope that helps!

if you ever plan on playing indoors/CQB, go with the MP5
the M16a2 is insanely long (a little over 3 feet) and is practically useless in CQB
They both will shoot about the same so pick the one you like the most
The choice is yours

Mp5. If you want a longer barrel you can always buy a silencer later with a larger barrel.

The Mp5 series is a great begginer gun, The m16 is a large gun and unless your a large guy I wouldnt suggest it.
Also the m16 is known to have barrel wobble, which begins to get annyoing to have to fix it every other game.

I love the m16a2 but its to long for CQB and a pain in the butt to carry while running through woods...

Why do you say that an MP5 makes a great beginner gun? I don't get why one gun would be better for begginners than another if they're all the same power and stuff.

the mp5 is a good size.. Its got a fast ROF, i love mine.. Also the mp5s you dont get a barrel wabble like the m16 series.. But go with what you like.. Just beware the m16a2 is hugh and not a good gun cause of that.. other wise it is a nice gun..

Personal preference. That's what it all comes down to, really, when it comes to the first AEG. Everyone usually roots for the gun they got first when someone asks which they should get.
So, formal answer, yet again: Get whichever looks good, cause if you don't you'll never be happy.
Personal answer: SR-16's rock, get one of those. ;D

Well a M-16 is well 3/5 the size as me (no lie) so i'm not getting that. How do you fix barrel wobble?
Jacko: I don't really like the look of a SR-16 but why do you like them?

Well, for a few reasons:
No barrel wobble Large battery RIS w/grip Flat top rail on reciever Nice big solid stock for big guys like me

Petary791, or the M4A1 RIS, just like the SR-16 just with a batt box and a extendiable stock...

Thats funny because I'm about to chuck mine out the window (both tabs broke and the motor won't fit backin ). Still get a SR16. The size, the battery size, and the RIS makes it a perfect gun.
