after much debate with myself, and several days of research, i decided on purchasing the TM M3 benelli. This gun, so far, has impressed me a lot pro's: - nice sturdy feel - 3bb burst - good materials - using where the recoil spring would go as a shell tube is genius. no wasted space - aesthetically pleasing. even if a part doesn't work, it's still there - powerhouse of a springer con's: - a little awkward to hold a shotgun by a pistol-type handle - friggin huge (not necessarily bad) - some have been reported to have feed jamming problems will add more as i play with it more

"...thats the review? No pics? No shooting results, fps, groupings? Details? Eh well I suppose I'll havre to be patient...." Well as far as I know the Super 90 and the Shorty perform on in the same. So, my Benelli Shorty (No Stock) performs about that of a stock Tokyo Marui AEG. FPS is around 280ish, though I have not chroned it yet. Groupings are close, about 2 inches away at 25ft, and about 6 inches awat at 50ft. Pictures: Sorry for Hi-Jacking your thread a little bit BoredKender. Just wanted to try to help ya out a little bit. And it feels better to me having a Pistol Grip on the Shottie, although I don't have a stock on mine so it is needed.

I apologize for reviving a dead thread, but it was toward the top and I didnt think it was pertinent to create a whole new thread about this gun to ask my one simple question.
I saw in the box of the M3 shorty that there were three shells neatly nestled in there- does the gun come with 3 shell-style mags out of the box or does it only come with one? And also, when you buy spare shells- do those come in sets of three as well? I plan on buying one of these beauties of a shotgun and using it as my primary weapon (since I play a lot of CQB, carrying a Marui M9 and CAW M79 on backup, but I need to know what the Ammo situation was going to be with the shotgun so I can purchase magazines accordingly.
Again, I apologize for reviving the thread, but I'd rather not litter the forum with a new one about 4 threads up above where this one would have gone- so I'm posting here.
If anyone can tell me what the shell situation with the shotgun is, I'd be very greatful.
Thanks in advance! Sgt. Chris "Ghost" Hubbard SFOD-D company

I have a m3 shorty benelli so I can't vouch for what the full stock comes with although I would assume it's the same. The pics show a shorty with 3 shells when mine only came with one, if that helps at all. Shells come in blister packs of three.

NightCrawler is correct, if you notice my first picture, you can see a black little box. The original shell that comes with the gun (Yes, only one) goes inside of there, I will update with a picture in a bit. As for the 3 spare shells, I guess they knew you would want at least another 3, since you buy spare shells in packs of three. Since each shell can only hold 30 BBs, but with the tri barrel system that this shotgun has, you only get 10 shots per shell in actuallity. Here she is:

sorry to re-revive, but it's my own damn thread and i have a review to update
i used my gun in my first skirmish with it, and i must say, it held its own pretty well against an aeg mp5a5 as well as against twin gas 18c's. the upper barrel is dead-on sniper accurate while the other two cause a spread of about 4-6". i actually beaded my best friend in the forehead, then the other two hit his goggles, one on each lens.
i am no human range-finder, but i would estimate accurate shots at about 50-75 feet using .2's
fps... i approximate at around 270-280ish, but that's just a VERY rough estimate

BoredKender that tells us nothing on how it is.
I can tell you my blow-dart gun is accurate, but it doesnt tell us how accurate it is.
We need groupings.
Because in all actuality the groupings of a shorty and a full-stock would differ. And it would be good to have multiple accuracy reports to go on.

irish- notice its a work in progress... i didnt have anything to measure with, but i did estimate groupings until i can get more definitive answers. but i believe the inner-barrel lengths for both the shorty and full are about the same. i can only work with what i have, and on a field, that is not very much bro
