Hey, I was considering overhauling the hop up in my aps 2 and replacing it with a FF Aero Chamber and an AEG tightbore. I was curious if anyone has had any experience with them or has heard anything positive about them to make them worth the 60-70 bucks plus shipping they cost?
As of right now, it would be part of a 550fps package comprised of FF parts(the PDI parts i used ended up crapping out, so they are going to be replaced with FF components) and shooting .2's - .3's(depends on wind, etc). Thanks guys, Enjoy the holiday

Okay, personally the aero hopup chamber isn't worth it, but if its in a good deal of a package then it might be worth the money.
You cant use an AEG barrel that I'm aware of
And you will most definitely want to use .36g or .43g bb's for best accuracy

Actually, the Aero Chamber requires a stock AEG or Tighbore, you can make different ones fit through the use of the barrel spacers that they sell with it. I've tried .43's, the range didn't impress me that much and .3's i've found were the best trade off of accuracy and range. .36's would be something I'd be interested in trying but I haven't had the chance to yet.
