Hey guys, my KWA M4's RIS on the upper receiver is very wobbly and I'd love to know how to fix it! Secondly I am wondering if my G&P Sentry is lipo ready. Thank in advance!

Nothing is truly 'Lipo ready' unless it has a MOSFET. It should be fine however for a 7.4v lipo.
And for the RIS wobble, check how tightly/solidly the delta ring is on the upper receiver. If it is nice and solid, then check the front sight. Make sure it doesn't wobble. It will probably have 2 pins that go through the bottom, along with a small set screw. Not all front sights have all of those, but check each item. And if possible, try to loosen the sight slightly, (rails still installed), and push it towards the receiver, (trying to shorten forward/back gap) and the re tighten and secure.
Past that, describe more specifically the situation and I might come up with something, though I would imagine you could too.

What type of Mosfet would you recommend and it's not the upper receiver that's wobbly it's only the RIS on the upper receiver. The upper receiver and RIS are not one piece.

I personally use and recommend the burst wizard 3, its simple, plug and play, and Ive never had a problem with it. Ive also personally used the Burst Avocado with the same experience, worked great, but I just prefer the wizard abit more. As for the "Lipo Ready" question, technically, any gun is lipo ready, its just a matter of how long your gearbox/wiring can take the abuse before frying.

Is it free float RIS? Is the barrel wobbly at all?
And as for my preference, I like the Gate Pico SSR 2. It's small, and gets the job done. And unlike the plug and play burst units mentioned above, actually does something to protect your trigger contacts.
And if you know anything about being truly 'lipo ready', step one is a MOSFET, and in my opinion, step 2 is being shimmed properly/AOE corrected, and a proper setup as to avoid premature engagement(strong enough spring to return the piston usually does the job)
I refer to what is needed typically with 11.1, and I would imagine any high C value 7.4.(don't quote me on that though)
A MOSFET will pretty much only help.

Lipo ready is a dumb term. If you're running a 7.4v lipo like how I usually do you're not stressing the gearbox too much. No more than a typical 9.6v NiMh battery would. So really even your budget Lancer Tactical m4 is "lipo ready".
11.1v lipos are another story entirely. First of all you almost NEED a mosfet. Clandestine has them for reasonable prices, and extreme fire has a reputation for quality 'fets. Solder it in or have someone do it for you and you will save your trigger contacts, or in some cases, your entire trigger shuttle assembly. Also just note that not all mosfets save your trigger contacts. Typically those plug and play burst wizards wont help your contacts.

I agree 100% with T6e9a. A MOSFET and the usual durability mods (shimming, AoE, radiusing, motor height correction) are what really make a gun ready for powerful LiPo battery. As for MOSFET recommendation: I have been using the GATE NanoSSR and I like it a lot. It wires up to the trigger contacts.
