Says proper eye protection, however being that this is a paintball field are they expecting full paintball masks or just full seal eye protection?

Full seal eye protection, or mask whichever you choose to wear. They have full seal masks for rent or full seal eye protection that you can buy there if needed. They are mainly paintball oriented but they are trying to get the airsoft side of things going so they are fairly new to the airsoft events and things much as other paintball fields in the Michigan area.

That's good to know as well. Also it would be helpful if you maintained a roster leading up until the day of the event. Doesn't have to be anything more than a total headcount, but that will help in giving people an idea of how many people to expect.
And for future events giving at least a two weeks notice before the day of the event will also help people plan accordingly and help with attendance.
EDIT: Also do you have any pictures of the outdoor field that can be posted on your event thread? That will also help so that people who haven't played here before can get an idea of what the field looks like. I didn't see any pictures on CRU Paintball's field pictures page.

Thanks for all the helpful information, there are 4 people attending that I know of right now. And I know this was just a last minute post to try and find some guys to come play with me and the team. And I dont have any pictures of the field as I am still trying to work on getting things together with the store owner and have them be more informative on their postings to me and bring more people to their events. They have events for airsoft usually once a month that are scenario events so maybe next months I will have all the information and pictures of the field.

What you're going to want to do in the future is check the "Airsoft Events" thread and see when other games are scheduled. Your basic rec games that are all over Michigan aren't really too much of a big deal to run more than one on the same day, but the major OPs and events coming up like mine on the 8th of March, or Canto's on the last weekend in March you'll likely lose a lot of players due to already being committed to those.
If there were more than four people in it on this one I'd almost be tempted, but I'll be at No Limit this Saturday, and I can't justify being gone for the entire weekend. Best of luck with the turnout.

Alright thanks for that I appreciate anything that helps, I didn't even think about that and I should have as I am going the same events as well just instead of going to no limits I'm gonna go to my local field. And the events at Cru are more or less rec games until they get more established in the airsoft side of things which is why I'm trying to help they have a nice field and would be nice to have more players eventually.

If you get pictures it'll really help to bring additional players out to CRU paintball so that they can see what CRU has to offer.

Ill try and get some pics this weekend and probably get a map drawn up to kind of show everyone the field set up as well. I saw that the event at no limits was cancelled so if anyone that was planning for that wants to still play this weekend they can come on up to cru this Sunday and play there.

I won't be able to make it this weekend because I work Sunday 9-5, which really sucks because I was looking forward to playing on this field. I guess i will just have to wait for Gambit to play with the team
