I have a ARES UMP and I was wondering if it was possible to polarstar it?

Yes. It has a Version 3 gearbox and a selector that is similar to, if not identical, the G36 series. It also has an air nozzle that is very, very similar to a V2 dimensionally. If you haven't heard of Bingo Airsoft Works, look him up. He has done many, many P* conversions, many of which required a ton of modification.
