(Be sure to read update below)Well, I have no option but to label him as a scammer now. Before purchasing I searched and found two feedback threads on him that both said he was a nice dude and meet-ups had gone smoothly. On Nov. 12th I sent him $35 for a replica eotech (gifted via Paypal, my mistake). A week after I had gotten a confirmation PM that he had received the payment I messaged him asking where the Eotech was and if it had been shipped yet. He replied saying it had not been a good time for him and that he would throw in something extra (no problem, I understand things come up). Four days later I received a message from him telling me to call his cell. I did and he apologized for the wait and that it would be out Monday (I called on Sunday). Monday came and went. I sent him a PM on Wednesday saying that my patience had run dry and if I didn't receive a tracking number by Friday I wanted a full refund. No response. If you have the damn audacity to speak to me on the phone and then willingly take my money then you have some problems. If you have ANY integrity you will ship the thing that I OWN to me or you will refund my money.
UPDATE (12/6/13): I received a tracking number on Wednesday (12/4/13) and I received my package today on the 6th. In final conclusion, Marvin is NOT a scammer but I doubt I will be doing business with him again. Over three weeks to get me a product that is located 3 hours away from me is far to long for my tastes.
