As the title suggests, I'm encountering a problem where when fired, the BB's will shoot about 10 or 15 feet. On top of this, sometimes a BB won't even be loaded into the chamber, and at other times more than one will be stuck inside of the barrel. I've been reading about this topic on other websites, and it seems that this is a common problem (the source of which is perhaps a faulty hop up bucking?).

I would suggest taking the hopup apart and inspecting each part of it, make sure nothing looks like it is obstructing the bucking or barrel.
It might just need to be taken apart and put back together properly, so I would suggest trying that.

Could also be: Hop up nub is out of place
Or: A compression issue/Air nozzle issue.

If BB's are stuck in the barrel, clean your barrel. Or use better BBs.

I'm betting you timed it wrong.

Sounds like the feed lips on the bucking are screwed up. That would explain the double feeds and lack of compression. Buckings are relatively cheap I would just replace it and see if that fixes it.

I'm pretty sure he's failed to mention he opened the gearbox up, and I'm betting his gear timing is off so the nozzle is getting engaged at incorrect times for feeding.

Turns out the tappet plate wasn't attached to the air nozzle correctly. Earlier, I had put my money on compression issues.

A year or so back I had an AK that had low compression and couldn't figure out why for the life of me. Then I finally realized I put the cylinder on backwards and air was just leaving through the gearbox every shot. Figures....
