I just say the video Airsoftology posted showcasing the new ICS TAG shells, and I must say, they look awesome. Im wondering though what MIA thinks about them, and how they're going to be regulated. Obviously I think there are some safety concerns, such as the fact that they have explosive shells, and that they look like a sizeable hunk of whatever it is that its made of with enough energy to fly pretty impressive distances. Im not sure Id want to accidentally be hit with one. So what are your guyes thoughts on them?

It would be beneficial if you included a link so that we know what you are referencing.

The sales of these seem to be nonexistent still. eHobbyAsia.com has them listed on their website, but it's the marking ones. They are out of stock, who knows if it's just a placeholder or not. The other two places that were mentioned way back when, that were going to carry them, don't even have them listed on their website. I've kind of written them off, at least until I actually hear that they are being sold somewhere. Right now I would have to guess that they ran into regulations that are preventing their sales, since they were supposed to be out at the beginning of summer.

I was interested in this rounds till I saw how much they cost to own and operate. There are some pieces that are just not reusable and end up costing you something like 10$ per use. Just alittle expensive for a purely sub weapon. That and it needs to be run in ICS launchers. Not sure if that was confirmed but it was mentioned.

You'll never have to worry about the disposable ones since given the uptight safety regs here no one will ever allow them in-game. The dummy rounds are only 3-4 bucks a pop and are obviously reusable since they're just foam. A few launches out of each and they've paid for themselves.
The shells work in all launchers. No one has confirmed pirate guns yet though due to the retard short barrels they have.
