Do any of you techs out there know how long the quick detach mock suppressor is that comes with the Echo 1 ER-25K? I want to order the gun with an extended TBB, but don't know how long of a barrel I would need.

I do not know how long that suppressor is, but I do know that the 25K has a 14.5in outer barrel (so 363mm inner). I've heard (and sort of confirmed) that 455mm is the best length inner barrel for overall performance, so I'd say go with that. That only leaves 3.6" outside of your outer barrel, which that huge suppressor would definitely hide.

And what tightness would you recommend?

I read (somewhere on ASM) that 455mm is the best length because the bb stabilizes in flight as it exits the barrel, or closer to exiting it than any other barrel length. I'm not pretending to be an expert on this, but the 455mm 6.03 Madbull barrel in my 18" AR does perform better than previous Madbull lengths I have had in the same set-up. 6.03-6.05mm seems to be the agreed upon diameter. A heavier metal that isn't coated is also a plus.
