I made my first trip out to this place today. I am very glad I did, this is a very good field. Currently there is 3 islands with a 4th coming soon. Each island is a bit different from each and each has its own strategies. I was impressed on how much has been put into the field already, a lot of things have been built to create structure. One of my favorite things was the actual shape of the fields, all 3 of the islands have a high place in the center and low pathways around the outsides, this allows for strategic movement. Each island has 2 bridges connecting to each other so no real issues with bottlenecks.
While the field is a swamp you can play all day with out getting dirty. ( I did not get wet at all and I was not limited in playing) when water is in the way there has been a makeshift bridge constructed to allow passage. If you are one of the guys that likes to get wet and muddy then you have plenty of options for creating your own pathways to out flank the enemy. The bugs are about as bad as no limits but I was fine with bug spray.
Greg ( the guy that runs things) is a great guy and is very ambitious in creating a great field. He is open to suggestions and really tries to make everything great.
While I love playing at no limits I honestly think this field is right up there if not slightly better.
As a heads up greg was talking about doing a free game to get people out to the field so we can get the attendance up. I highly recommend you make it out, don't let this great place die due to lack of attendance, if you don't like it you could always leave but at least check it out.
