Hey everyone, Me and a few friends are gettin a team together but just not any team. We are looking to be an all gas team. We dont really like the electrics in how they sound, even tho they may work better we like the gas better. We are in the Brighton Area, us23 and i96 intersection. around there, and right now we have 3 members and are gaining 2 more in a month or so, The only requirment to join is a gas side arm. Right now we have , 1 socom, 1 USP, and 1 socom with a JAC m16. Me the usp am lookin for another JAC m16 and the other socom is lookin for a MP5. we are hoping to get as many members as we can. If you are intrested either e-mail me or get incontact with me on AIM, and we will let u know when we play our next game, So you can join us and see if were the kindof guys u want to play with. Well let me know if I'm too lazy to spell a full word out. Please mock me. intrested or if u have anymore questions. I also created post board so try to keep posts there at, tgas.proboards18.com Later. -Andree-

You do realize that by going gas only you limit yourselves to playing on half of the year right?

No Actually it doesnt restrict us, My friends m16 has a hookup for a co2 tank , it plugs into the stock, i have seen the hookups for the mp5 its on the handle. We may have problems usin our pistols, but over this cold winter we had no problems with the socom or the usp. but back to the co2, we will probly rig up a sniper pad on the stock to hold the co2 on the outside of the stock(the part away from us so it doesnt interfear). and they say that works all year not just summer but winter too

Yeah,
Well, it will "Work" year round... it's how well it will work.... the cold air will affect CO2 also, not just green or hfc gas. It will still work, but will reduce cartridge life and power.

Yea we really dont care about price or anything like that, we will spend as much as we have to to do it, and we want to have a gun that is "water proof" so we can go do things like get scuba gear and do "water missions" I have nothing else to say just shows to our nube talking as the other post "why we make fun of newbies". but my family owns 20 acers up north about 1 hour and 30 min over the bridge, and we can go swimming up there....

Spade,
This is the second time in 12 hours that i've told you, do not post an unrelated question in a thread on a different topic. This thread is on the subject of this gas team. Your question is not on that subject. Either find a thread that it fits or create a new one after doing a search.
And, your question is answered in the Newbie FAQ in the Newbie section. It's posted for a reason, go read it. It's long, but it's worth it. If you don't put the time in to help yourself, it's unfair for us to put the time in to help you when you need it.
