The title seems really weird, but let me explain: My dad works for AVON, and I have a few samples lying around. In a professional field, would a gas mask be allowed in place of goggles?

Only if the lenses are ANSI rated. Trust me, as hot and uncomfortable as wearing a gasmask would be playing, it's not a good idea.

The title does seem weird. Probably because gas masks are not airsoft. Using them IN airsoft is not a good idea as pagan mentioned. I realize most of us are trying to look cool out there, but you will not look cool. You will look dumb because a lot of us have at least tried one and know how horrible they are.

I'll tell you from experience, don't do it. Too hot, uncomfortable, limited vision, fogging after the first 30 minutes. We just did a hike with gas masks and MOPP suits... Not fun at all and half the squad fell out cause of the heat.
