I always talked about putting together a video about all of the really annoying things that you should turn off on your radio and so here it is...
I'll work on turning this into a full blown radio guide later.

Great video. I misunderstood the sub-channel function; I thought they were independent frequencies, so that was very helpful!

I'm having some trouble disabling my "roger" beep, I turn it off, hold the plus button, turn it back on, and it's still enabled.

It's different for each model. Google the model of your radio and "manual". You should be able to find a PDF that will explain how to disable it.
