OKay, now, is this a problem that you're having out of the box, or did you take it apart, put it back together, and then discovered the problem? I've had a problem like this before except the slide didn't really move at all and it was caused by the recoil guide rod being mis-aligned.
To fix my problem, I held the gun upside down and gave it a few hard taps and just sort of pushed on the barrel assembly (Pushing on the ejection port cover part) as I was pulling the slide back. Just work over the barrel and guide rod while working the slide bak and forth and that might fix your problem.
To switch modes, you pull the slide all the way back and just push the selector switch up or down. If it's not 'engaged' (Neither on semi nor full) then that shouldn't be causing a problem.

this is out of the box.
also, they say you cant move the switch unless its all the way back or osmething like that, but i move it 1 cm and the switch is moveable.
its probably still on sAftey
edit: The slide will not move back if its on safety right?

give me the steps to be able to pull back the slide.
and i dont get what you mean by "work over the barrel" while moving the slide back and forth

The slide will move back if the gun is on safety. To move the slide back you:
1) Grip the back of the slide.
2) Pull in a rearward motion.
You're not supposed to use the selector switch unless the slide is pulled back, that is true. Are you attempting to do this while the mag is in the gun? It really shouldn't make a difference but leave it out for now.
By 'work over the barrel', I mean just push on the ejection port cover with some spare fingers. Push on the end of the guide rod that is flush with the slide, try wiggling the outer barrel back and forth, etc etc. And if that doesn't work, start looking at the return policy of wherever you bought it. No sense breaking something if you can exchange it.

ejection port cover?.. by that i assume you mean the opening where the bbs come out. And the silver thing right under that is not flush with the end of the gun, and sticks out just like the "inner barrel" does by maybe half a cm.

rofl, i got pissed, banged on the gun upside down (where the mag goes) and the slide moves back now. I have nothing else to say thanks

No, by 'ejection port' I mean the part of the gun where the real steel version ejects the bullet casings. It's that cut out part of the right side of the slide.
Anyways, glad to hear you got it fixed. But a word of advice? Don't ever take your gun apart.

really? is it ridiculously hard? how will i lube it then.
last questoins: i got this random piece that seems to fit in to the back of my 49 round mag. thats where it goes, but it falls out [doesnt seem to exist on other guns, cant find anything about it]
should i let my mags "equilize" after i fill them with gas (they get REALLY cold, using the mag right away with my rat-flail didnt seem to be a problem). [edit: YES, i should let them equalize, but in my other gun it didnt seem to affect performance or make things malfunction. If i reload in the middle of some game i would like to be able to use the mag(s) right away. but if there is some strong evidence to convince me to wait then i would like to know]
and how much does your mags leak... mine quite a bit. [edit: probably all gbbs do, besides KJW]
also, how do you get the mag to stagger the bbs the FIRST time, instead of trying to shake it up (which never works). it came with this piece of plastic that looked like a loader thing, but id ont think it helps with the staggering [edit: maybe they just dont stack up right, but id say that wondering if theres an easier way to fill the mag would be
heh i havent been able to get a full mag off, somehow the gun just stops shooting bbs (cant tell if its out of gas), but there are still bbs in the mag. oh yes, wtf, i put in the 49 round mag and the gas just started leaking out.. (blowing out through the front). WTff.. [edit: somewhat legit question, maybe the mag is messed up, i have read stuff about KSC mags being not too great]
lastly, the hole behind the mag at the bottom of the gun is supposed to be there right? [edit: as in the empty space behind where the mag goes in]
the edits are for claification, so another person wont just start bi*ching people out cause theyve had a bad day.

I have nothing else to say to minky, i know, i have a pretty good general idea of what im doing, i would just like to be confirmed by someone who has dealt with the glock before. I knew someone would complain about asking too many questions, i have searched heh. Ive read through a lot of stuff before i even bought the gun, but with random shit like the SLIDE not functioning i cant be sure of anything with this gun. oh yes, the manual would help a LOT if it wasnt in Japanese.
Bigmack, calm down, id rather not say anything more or an "ONLINE ARGUMENT" would insue, and arguing online is perhaps the dumbest thing EVER, becuase noone listens.
jacko is not bound by any means to confirm my answers to my own questions. but if he wants to, thats cool.
also, if your refering to the posts above before my really long list of questions all i have to say is you cant overlook the obvious (like "how to pull back the slide") its god dam f*cking obvoius that you grip the back and pull it "rearward", the intent of that questoin was to see if there was anything else i needed to do, such as take the safety off. But thank you Jacko for answering my question anyhow, and not just calling me a noob or something before they knew ACTUALLY new what i was asking.
and yes, i dont know what a barrel ejection blah/blah is becuase ive never dealt with real guns, and again i NEED to make sure i know exactly what hes talking about before i start f*cking with this $200 gun.
and although his post has been taken off (thank you whoever), these replies/edits ARE directed towards bigmack

Send me a PM if you want the topic deleted.... Though I'm tempted to just delete it right now instead of taking the time to edit your triple post into one post.

jeez, i missed a lot at work today...
I'll go in order
Field stripping the gun isn't hard at all, just don't mess with the trigger, hammer or blow back mechanisms. All you have to do to lube it is strip it, lube the slide rails and frame rails, a drop on the hammer, some on the guide rod, and some on the gas route packing (rubber stuff on the top of the mag). Nothing should pop out when you strip it, so take a good look at the positioning of everything, especially the guide rod so you'll know how it goes when you but it back. If you're not technically proficient at all and have a poloroid camera, take a picture perhaps.
Where in the back of your mag does that piece seem to fit? I don't think it could be the valve, then your gun just wouldn't fire. Do you have a digital camera? Maybe you can go on Den or WGC and see if you can find a pic of the part, or perhaps be more descriptive.
No, you don't have to let the mag come to room temperature if you don't want to, but it will hamper the preformance of the gun slightly. It's known as the cool down effect when you rapid fire your gun and the temp in the mag drops. You're basically doing the same thing here, but without shooting a lot.
Your mag shouldn't be leaking at all. And most mags don't leak, except KJW's and Tanaka's, which have the most notorious mags in terms of leaking (atleast the KJW USP series, not really the glocks or M9s). If your mags are leaking, then perhaps that missing piece is the valve, or a part of it. You'll have to get a pic of that for us to help you.
Now, if you mean regurgitating at the feeding nozzel when you fill the mag, that will usually happen with an improper fill angle. You'll have to play around with that for a while to get the proper alignment. Even if you have it down perfectly for another gun, it'll be slightly different for this one, all guns have their own tolerances for filling the mag, it's one of the tricks you'll have to master for any gun you own. Once you've achieved the proper nozzel to valve alignment, you won't see any regurgitating until the mag is full, at which point, immediately stopp filling the mag.
So stager the bbs, fill them one at a time with the mag straight up, they should fall into alignment then, if one falls out of place, tilt the mag a little to get it back into place before adding the next bb. Take a little time with it, and it will come more natural as you do it more times, just as with filling the mag with gas. I've never used the loading tool, it's just a waste of time.
If it just stops shooting, you're out of gas. Fill the mag until it reguritates gas at the fill valve, then you're done. With an extended mag, you'll have to fill it much longer than your normal 20-30 round mag.
As for the stuff you've read about KSC mags not being to great, i'd like to know where that was. KSC mags are pretty great, as far as i'm concerned. I sure hope it wasn't Keeper over at AO complaining about the KSC elite that Hado sold him...
Yes, the hole in the grip is supposed to be there.
Now on to the flamming, i must have missed some of it, i don't see Bigmack saying anything, and Minky mentioned three consecutive posts that you appearently edited, so i can't actually comment on that. I have to comment on what i see here, and what i can gather that did happen.
I don't know where Bigmack's post came, either before or after Minky's. But Minky was somewhat right with his "assesment" of the situation. It's clear that you're a newbie to GBB's, but i'm sure he didn't literally mean stay away from all GBB's, just that you need to study up on them more than you have. Everything above is really basic aside from the possible problem with the mag (and even that could end up being nothing). Take some more time searching at ASP and ASZ. Don't look for reviews, those won't help you trouble shoot, search for the problems that you're having. I know that DumboRAT wrote an FAQ on filling a GBB that would help you out a lot. Search for that on ASP. Asking you to search was the message in Minky's post, and it was a good one, search before you post any question on any forum because more likely than not, it's been answered before.
As for manuals, all are in Japanese (or some other Far Eastern language, sometimes with english captions), just look for pictures, they help a lot.
You must admit that the vast majority of your questions are very basic. All of them can be solved with a little time and effort.
Now, if somebody flames you (Bigmack might have, it's gone, so I don't know), you don't have to flame them back, which you did. It's that whole "Two wrongs don't make a right" kind of thing. If you're flammed, don't come back to defend yourself with more flames, that's what Hadoken, Minky, Newman, and myself are here for. This isn't elementary school, Bigmack isn't going to "pants" you if you tell on him.
