I was just wondering what type of gas was recomended for this particular Nbb? Because I have been shopping around and have found that different sites recomend different types of gas. Thanks.

The General rule of thumb, as stated in the Gas Primer above, is that if the gun is a japanese make, such as this one, then use hfc134a/duster gas. If it's taiwanese, use green gas/top gas, etc. This is a japanese gun, so go with hfc 134a.
A side note, try not to trust retailers too much, use them as a secondary source of information. They have something to gain by getting you to buy one type of anything, gas in this case, over another. By trusting them, you're violating the conflicts of interest ideal.

I am highly looking forward to buying a Mk 23.
Is this gun really worth it? Compared to the KSC, the price makes it more appealing not to mention the supressor and lam unit. However, compromising the blowback for $80 sounds risky. I just want to know your opinions. Does the NBB kick at all. Also, how acurate is it compared to the KSC.

Hey, go read a redwolf review.
Alright, how's this. Mike of WTS is about the only retailer i'd trust to tell me the truth about anything and everything.

The Mk 23 is my favorite, and it's not just nostalgia. It hits hard, accurately, and finctioned fine on both hfc 134a and green gas. I don't think I'll ever use a GBB in a skirmish now that I've tried NBB. Though it's a little less realistic I think it's a much more efficient design.
Oh yeah.. since I'm a retailer:
"the Mk 23 is the greatest gun ever. So is everything else I have to sell. In fact, whatever gun you ask about is better than the rest as long as it's more expensive. buy it. Buy them all. Then you'll be truly happy and all will be right with the world."

Nope, and I don't think we will for a month at least. WGC has them for $203 in stock though. If you'd rather go local and don't mind the delay let me know.
