I am in the market for a lightweight chestrig/harness. I have a budget of around $100, I have looked all around and can't really find anything good. It needs to be Khaki/tan
I don't really need a lot of molle space/pouch area, I just need room for around 6 mags and some utility items.
I am looking for you guy's experiences on this, and hopefully your suggestions.
I will also be running a PACA underneath, so it dosent have to carry plates.
Thanks in advance.

Really? The market is so saturated with these kinds of items and you "can't find anything good"? I know the most minimalist plate carriers weigh in at about 50$ or less. Exactly what parameters are you needing met that has prevented you from pursuing the dozens of items on and offline?

I am looking for something that can preferably hold AK and STANAG mags, I am looking for a high quality rig, not a cheap chinese replica, also are the TT MAV's or blue force gear chest rigs any good?

Well to my knowledge the AK rigs are not as prevalent as the M4 type but probably still more than others. So that does cut things down a lot though from what I have seen, chest rigs are probably the better option for supporting AK mags.
High Enough Quality is a determination you're going to have to make for yourself. You don't need a legit unit for airsoft but I guess if you can find one surplus for a good price then go for it. But you'll probably have to do more research on your own if you don't want any replicas.
The TT MAV looks very interesting but I can't comment on either of them.

If you are looking into a ultra light weight setup that can hold multiple types of magazines, I would suggest High Ground Gear's The Chest Rig kitted up with some HSGI TACOs. The TACOs can hold whatever you can fit into them and I hear that they have excellent retention, I have never actually owned a TACO, so this is just secondary information. I do own The Chest Rig. I think it is great for a light kit. The rig itself weighs less than a pound, so weight will never be a big issue with it. I know from the picture that it looks like it would just bend and not be able to support any pouches, but I can say that I am very impressed with it. Once you have the pouches woven through the MOLLE, it is just as stationary and solid as any other vest. The Chest Rig can be worn in the X or H fashion, whatever suits you. It is completely reversible from Coyote to Multicam, and it is cheap compared to other high quality rigs out there. www.optactical.com/higrgechrig.htmlwww.optactical.com/hstamapo.html
