I was recently checking out these, which are very similar and have been spotted on Navy SEALs a couple times. kroopsgoggles.com/skydiving/Original_Boogie_GoggleI thought they looked like an interesting option, but I don't know what kind of impact rating they have. Obviously the Smith ones are rated, but I guess I'd have to contact the company about the others as I don't see any info.

That's some cool stuff...I can tell you right now, that at a $40 price tag I'll be picking up a pair to test out when they release in March. I'm curious to see just how effective their venting system is at eliminating fog.

Yeah. Worst goggles I've ever used. They fogged right when I put them on and wouldn't stop. They were really comfy though.
