The cross draw vest is not recommended. I would suggest getting a simple plate carrier and buy some m4 pouches, dump pouch, pistol mag pouch, etc. The crossdraw only holds 3 mags.

On the reviews for the non-blow back it says that the gun usually shoots between 350-380fps but i need one to chrono under 350 for CQB play. So should i look for a different gun or still get it?

Get it and use it a little bit before you bring it to a CQB game. G&Gs usually start out at about 360 FPS, but settle down to about 330-340 FPS, which is perfect for CQB. And remember, retailers often inflate gun specs a little bit because it helps them sell products. There are a lot of people out there who just want the fastest shooting gun they can get (they're either inexperienced of idiots), so if AirsoftGI says that G&Gs shoot 380 instead of 360, they can sell a couple more units.

Based on experience, I can honestly tell you that a plate carrier, or anything MOLLE compatible for that matter, is definitely a great investment. A cross-draw vest just flat-out sucks, in my opinion. And if the CM M4 RIS that Knief linked to is out of stock, get the CM M4-A1 and add rails onto it later. www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_237&products_id=4587

gilakend, Either one will be fine. Internally they're identical, so they'll perform exactly the same. Get the one you like the looks of better (I'd get the first one because that tan polymer is hideous, but that's an aesthetic preference). You could also get the one Carnage linked to, but if you bought the rail system later, you'll have to come up with a battery solution as well. It could be a lipo in a PEQ 15, a lipo in the buffer tube, or a crane stock and a NiMH battery. In the latter two options, you'll have to rewire the gun, and in options 1 and 3 you'll have to buy an additional accessory. You could also just buy from a different store: www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=364_269&products_id=5412www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=364_269&products_id=5204They don't list the tan one, but if you want tan you could always paint it.

Everything looks pretty good. Only concerns I have are for the following:
1. The 1200mAh battery, you might find yourself running out of juice 3/4 the way through a days game, try bumping it up to a 1600mAh if you can for only a few dollars more. 2. That smart charger is not good by any means, spend a little more and get a higher end smart charger to avoid over-charging and damaging your battery. Decent smart chargers start at about $30ish.
For the cross-draw vest/MOLLE debate, it's purely up to you man, the cross-draw is good if you need to save a little cash and upgrade later on. MOLLE vests with pouches you're looking at $70 minimum in most circumstances, decent MOLLE solutions average around $150-175 when all said and done.
Other than that, it looks good to me.

I actually got my MOLLE as military surplus at a gun show for $35 and it works fairly well. It even came with some pouches for my mags and stuff.
