Ok so my team is taking a JG G36 and turning it into a MG36. Any suggestions to help in creating this thing? Like internal/external upgrades? I already have a cmag for it but nothing else. Any helpful tips in getting this gear would really come in handy! Thanks everyone! Oh by the way the JG is stock with nothing special done to it. If you could give me prices with the parts that would also be helpful too! Thanks!

Step 1: Sell JG G36 for 80 bucks Step 2: Troll various forums commerce section for a used MG36. Look for upgraded STAR, CA, or SRC GEN III. Seller must have good reputation. Step 3: Save loads of money compared to upgrading a JG to equivalent.
Trust me on this.

If you want to do a legit MG36 you'll need to buy the following... 1. G36E length outer barrel assembly 2. G36E handguard 3. G36 dual optics scope 4. C-mag (Go with a Star G36 auto winding C-mag) But Kender is right. For the price it will cost you to acquire all that you can pretty much just buy one. Either look for a SRC GEN III MG36, OR just buy a G36E (full length G36) so then all you have to do is buy a C-mag and if you want it to be 100% buy a dual optics scope.

Don't forget about beefing up the internals for the stress of being used as an LMG. And the bipod and stock.
