Seeking advice on WA system GBB M4A1.

advice/ help needed on my wasted gbbr ..

Model: M4A1
Operated: Gas
Brand: JG (WA type system)
Problem Description:
1) Every each shot seems to be peeing ...
2) Cloak required on every EACH shot (Semi/ Auto)
3) Bolt stuck half way after shooting (but not blowing back completely).

Suspect bolt carrier problem, please advice.
