One word: Awful.
The worst game I have been to in my life. The field was incredible though, but the people there really killed it.
In my opinion there were too many immature little "CoD fanatics" there that were like ages 12-15 and they rarely called hits and thought they should play like it's CoD. I got frustrated when I saw the BB actually bounce off the person and they wouldn't call it, and I even yelled "call your hit" nothing happened. I know there are people out there like that in every airsoft game but I think the main reason is, is because there is no age cap and kids just want to shoot people and not respawn because they are immature and don't take it seriously like most of us do. I literally knifed a kid and he didn't call it, I said "KNIFED" and slashed em with my knife, he didn't call it. Told a ref about it and he said "Whatever".
That brings me to my next point, the reffing was terrible. They did a bad job of monitoring if people were really hit or not, they didn't even try to settle disputes, they had little communication between the actual refs in terms of rules, it was just a bad experience for me at least. They barely even called people out on blind firing, they brought it up but they never really enforced it. The blind firing was awful.
If there were more games held there, probably wouldn't go back unless it was a real event and not a Rec game, but that's probably what I get for going to a Rec game to begin with.
On the plus side, I enjoyed the field itself. Massive and a lot of cover and hidden rooms. A bunch of ways to flank the enemy. It was a great field.
