The KJW is decent, but the valve strikers on them are prone to breaking when used with green gas/propane. The only way to resolve that issue is to get a hardened steel valve striker for the TM 226, I think Shooter Design makes it. KJW's are a direct clone of the TM P226.
Other than the fact that it's plastic, I would recommend the TM P226. It's one of the best shooting TM replicas I've ever owned.
The KWA M9 is also decent, but they have been known to break in such a way that removing and reinstalling the slide is very difficult, sometimes impossible.
They also can have issues with the baseplates of the magazines falling off.
Really, each of the replicas you have chosen will have issues, but they can all be reliable, average performing pistols if properly maintained.

Both are reliable and accurate choices. However the defining edge comes between cost and efficiency. Having personally played with both, the 226 is going to be more cost effective. Magazines are much cheaper than an M9 NS2 mag, and you'll be very satisfied with the 226/229's performance life, durable, well balanced. However, KJW 226's do have a tendency to be less gas efficient, squeezing out only a little over 1 mag in indoor play. The KWA M9 PTP however can easily get you two mags on a fill, the blowback is much crisper as is the cycle rate.

I had a KWA M9 and it was good but I needed to get a new loading nozzle. It was probably due to the fact that it was a very seasoned gun and had 5 previous owners.

I've really only owned KSCs & KWAs and I have a 1st release KWA M9 PTP (without trades) and it's been a great performing gun. Pretty accurate and has a crisp, and powerful blowback. I can get two mags on one fill, and I bought mine used from an original owner. I did have to remove and relube the fill valves but after I did that the mags hold gas very well.
