Love the l96, do you plan to add a suppressor to it? I noticed it had an adapter but it looks so lonely.

I do plan to add a proper one. Right now I have a 5.56 one that I use for testing. I love how quiet it is with it on. I want to get one that better represents a 7.62 size one. I'm normally not a stickler for accuracy but I hate seeing any kind of rifle with a dinky little suppressor. Like an M4 with a .22LR suppressor. It's a pet peeve of mine.
Also I do know my version, the AWS, has a barrel with an integral suppressor and adding a suppressor to the end is redundant and unrealistic. I will be adding a suppressor because it makes it nearly inaudible.

So it turns out I hate the G&G M14 gear box design. It's all sorts of over complicated. Mine would fire just fine over and over when on my range. I fired 2 180rd mid caps on semi auto back to back with no issues. As soon as I used it in game it would half cock, double feed, wind up but not shoot. It basically didn't want to leave the bench. After trying over and over to get it to work reliably with no success, I destroyed it. For those who watched, it was as fun to do as it looked. I still wanted a SOC16, so I bought a used Classic Army M14 Match and installed the G&G SOC16 barrel set. Works every single time now. The stock was painted by the previous owner. The scheme has grown on me. Thankfully they did a great job painting it including a clear coat. It is a black stock under the paint, but I don't think I want to go through the hassle of stripping it. Classic Army SCAR - L CQBHonestly I was never a fan of the SCAR, but to be fair I had never held one before. I was offered this one and decided to pick it up. I'm glad I did because the SCAR is pretty comfortable to use (other than the A2 grip). It feels solid as hell and shoots awesome for CQB. I tried it with a front grip but I didn't like it. Classic Army G3 x2The G3 can swap lowers much like an M4. I built one to shoot 330fps for indoor, and the other 400fps for outdoor. G3A3This is my CQB G3. I never would have never thought using a full length G3 indoors would work as well as it does for me. I absolutely love it. Mods: Classic Army G3 RAS King Arms VFG Tokyo Marui Hop up Tokyo Marui bucking Prometheus 509 6.03eg barrel Tokyo Marui scope mount ACM RDS G3 DMRIt is now fully functional. All I need is a battery that fits in the narrow stock and it will be ready to go. Here they are together. I love the old school stuff. G3A3 front end, no RAS. My last project to tackle with these G3's. Real steel A3 furniture.

Thanks. They are quickly becoming my favorite rifles. The ergonomics are great. I'm half German, so I'm working on a very basic Flecktarn load out. I was going to go with a G36, but my love of old school rifles made me go with the G3. I'm very happy I did.

Turkey uses the G3 variants for the basic combat rifle (other units and internal police have odd assortments of fun stuff) I must say very nice gun design. Comfortable, easy, and reliable. I like the DMR one you built up, I was never a fan of the synthetic green furniture (my only complaint) as always good looking stuff.

My $10 KWA G19. It's been my little restoration project. It was my second GBB ever. I bought it in non working condition over a year ago. I tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out. Now that I know a hell of a lot more than I did then I figured out the problem, a bent firing pin. The firing pin bent in a way that looked normal. Only after I compared it to the KWA diagram did I figure it out. It was missing the sights and most of the internals were worn out. It has the metal slide and barrel, and also has the heavy weight frame which feels awesome. I was able to get it to fire a few times. This little thing has some serious range. I didn't believe the reviews I read but this little GBB is a performer. I painted the slide with Duplicolor primer and Tamiya semi gloss black. I mirror polished the outer barrel. I placed an order with the KWA Pro Shop. I picked up a few internals along with some sights and a trigger safety. I also placed an order with Ehobby for the Shooters Design aluminum rocket valve, steel firing pin, Guarder steel mag catch, and King Arms recoil guide and spring. I also picked up a few more mags while they are still available. Also shown is the KSC G18c I picked up from Pagan. I have yet to really use it because in typical G18 fashion the lever alignment pin fell out during the first few games. I picked up a few replacements and it's back in working order and the pin has been Loc-tited. I will be updating the progress on the G19 until it's done. It's going to be one hell of a sidearm when it's done. Lastly, does anyone know what the fair market value is on the G19? I'm not looking to sell, just curious as to what it's worth.

Nice paint. It does the gun justice.

Love it, always was a fan of the glock, and yours looks really nice. Looking forward to seeing more progress, Also, don't KWA g19's sell for around $100 bucks or so? Airsoftgi has some listed at that price but all are out of stock.

ACM Mossberg 500 8mm I picked this up in non working condition for $40. I figured at that price if I couldn't fix it, it would make for a good wall hanger. Turns out the pump lock arm was seized and it was double pumped. This fed it too many bb's which locked up the action. I tore it down, lubed the seals, repaired the pump lock arm, and it works perfectly. During the tear down process I found that it does in fact have a hop up. It has a real steel 500 stock, and I will be putting on a real steel black pump. Now I just need some 8mm ammo.

I smile every time I rack it. Too bad you didn't get to see what it did to that Arnold Palmer can. Opened it right up. I'll be picked up some 8mm ammo soon and we can see what else it can destroy.
