well i took out my glock today to test for saturday, and sometimes when i shoot the slide gets stuck and it lets out all the gas. ive been trying to figure out what it gets snagged on but i cant tell. when this happens the slide stops halfway back. anyone had this problem before? any suggestions on what i can try doing?
oh yeah ive already oiled it a million times and it hasnt made a differance. thanks

Have you cleaned it off before lubing it up? Maybe there's too much lube on there and it's just attracting dirt and causing it to stick.
Does the slide seem to catch when it's first blowing back, or when it's on the return forward after cycling all the way back? Also, what type of gas were you using? If you don't get it working by saturday I'm sure everyone there will try and help you out Robo!
*edit* I just had another thought. Check around the outer barrel and chamber area and see if it looks like the slide has been catching on anything there. Try spreading a really small amount of silicone around the outer barrel and where the chamber fits into the slide, and see if that helps. I know on my G19 the slide sometimes snags on parts of the outer barrel/chamber when I pull it back really slowly, and I can see wear on the metal parts where they rub together.
