I just got this M700 today and upon fondling and test shooting, I realized that when the bolt comes back, the bolt is wobbly. To the point where it feels like its just going to fall out. Another thing is that the shots are terrible. It might have something to do with the hop up but I am not a gas rifle person. It seems like every other shot only goes about 40 to 50 ft. But half of the other shots travel a good distance. I have turned the velocity down as far as it goes.
I am just wondering if anyone can help my problems with this gun and hopefully learn a few things.

The bolt wobble is prolly normal, an old friend of mine got one of these years ago and he complained about that too. I've got a real 98k knockoff and it's pretty loose when pulled back, as long as it doesn't actually fall out when you pull back and it's tight when locked forward you should be good.

Bolt wobble is totally normal.
What kind of gas are you using?
You need to use Propane (IE: Not lubed) since the lubricant in Green Gas gets on the Hop-Up rubber when you shoot the gun and ruins any hopes of accurate groupings.
I'd say try that first and then see if there's any difference.
If your already using propane you may need to lube your magazines since it sounds like the gas pressure isn't constant from shot to shot. You have to take out the 4 screws in the back end of the magazine and then pull that assembly out. Then lube up the little ''arm'' and plunger you see inside and insert it back into the mag.
(When inserting the assembly back in, it helps to hold the mag with the top facing your chest and gravity working with you, so the little arm goes into it's groove on the inside of the mag)

I've been running propane through it. Ill mess with the mag a little. Oh I for got to mention that the mag leaks a little. That could also be my problem. Thanks for the help.

Any kind of leak from a gas magazine, especially if it is coming from the hammer valve, will lead to an inconsistent fps. That's because some of the gas is already being diverted outward to either the release hole or the hammer, and striking the hammer valve will force the gas to come out of the path of least resistance first, ie: the leak.
Try fixing that leak first by unscrewing the valves, cleaning the threading, and relubricating the O-rings. Hope this helps.
