I just got this gun from an Ebay dealer advertised as new(it looked like it was handled a bit but not fired). It's got problems. The mag dosen't feed bbs consistantly, the bolt doesn't recipricate well, and when it does fire the bbs come out very slow, full auto doesn't even work because the bolt doesn't move all the way forward when it recipricates. I've lubed everything that moves lightly, inside and on the mag slider. I'm trying to return it but if I can't or anyhow, I like to know people think are the problems and compared to other KSC M11s.

The KSC mags are a tight tolerance beast......they walk a fine line between spraying your full BB load out at the slightest tremor while inserting the mag, to not even being able to pry a BB out with needle nose pliers. generally they are very good though. (make sure you are releasing the spring to force them up) Also, check to see if the mag feed lips look deformed, usually from some of that "handling" ending up in a mag getting dropped to the floor on its lips, and the retailer's subsequent attempt to return them to normal... As far as the cycling, dissasemble the gun per your instruction booklet, & make sure there is NO grit, sand, small frags of BB's,or pubic hairs in the path or track of the bolt....yes, I fixed a gun that had "curly hair" caught in the guide rod spring......I don't ask ) , then check the bolt return spring to make sure it is not bunged up or messed in any obvious way. Try sliding the different parts in thier respective areas, BEFORE reassembly, to see if thier is any bindage, or friction,,, lube as neccesary. OF COURSE ALL of this AFTER you find out if you can return it to the "ebay-retailer" Best of luck! Mike

According to the manual, I can turn the bolt grip thing on top and it will come off but mine won't. I haven't been able to get it apart any farther.
The bbs in the mag don't feed up to the top of the mag. The slider is realeased, they just get stuck on the way up.

Well this time I had it apart I noticed that the thin metal rails on the under side of the upper half of the receiver had a few spots where the rail bent down and contacted the bolt causing excessive friction so I straightened them out and now is cycles fine. Damn that was a long sentances I have taken the spring and guide out of the mag and cleaned it out with silicone oil and removed any excess oil and still the bbs don't feed up to the top. The lips are in factory condition(not like that has anything to do with the problem).

so if you can take the spring out of the mag and just slide the "follower" by hand, and see if you can ID were its catching. if the mag is rough, you may be able to use some files to smooth it off, if the follower is just kinda wedging because its too small or worn, then you are out of luck as far as filing goes.
My guess is that if the follower is sticking, you could file on it a little and get a smooth operation out of it without too much trouble.
Oh, and Vitalis........your upgrade parts will be covered under our new policy!
I call it the Pube-Free Guarantee! Your order will go thru several rigorous inspections to insure compliance with the new policy.
